TVS Scooty Streak is the successor of all time favourite Scooty Pep which was launched in 2009. Scooty was considered to be the perfect scooter for ladies.
Streak is the much refined version of Scooty Pep with all new stylish components. From the predecessor, this one is embedded with new panels and sharp edges. One of the main attraction of older Scooty was its leading sharp nose, which has got elongated lines in the new Streak. New color schemes and newer graphics are added in the exterior of this Streak to enhance its visual beauty. There are many notable changes in this scooter like rear cowl, new headlight, new clear lens indicators, mobile charging ports, bigger air inlets and above all,the fuel filling cap is placed at rear cowl, so we don't have to lift the seats anymore. From the back Scooty Streak is one stylish scooter with rear LED tail lamps and long-wider fender.
Scooty Streak is powered by 87.8cc, 4-stroke, single cylinder forced air cooled engine, which is capable of delivering 5 bhp of power @ 6500 rpm and a maximum torque of 5.8 Nm @ 4000 rpm. It uses an automatic transmission with a torque sensor. With this much power it can hit a top speed of 75 kmph. As this scooter is meant for females, there is no short of power from this Streak. It can easily reach 40-50 kmph mark.
Suspension department of this scooter consists of telescopic forks at the front and coil springs at the rear. At both the ends, drum brakes deals with stopping of this two-wheeler.
With a fuel tank of 4 litre capacity and 68 kmpl mileage, this gear-less scooter will at least take you to a minimum distance of 200+ kms. Streak is available in 5 different formats with the presence of black color as the leading part.
