The F4 has sharper looks that come blended with design solutions that distinctively resonates with the features associated with it. The choice of new graphics and colour and the headlight and taillight design confirms the sharp design stance of this sports bike. MV Augusta has made the front headlight of the F4 to be very distinctive ‘light guides’ by working on the leading edge of the spoiler, which results in an aerodynamic part essential to the bike’s frontal look, and this increases the mighty stance of the F4 on another level and also increases the safety of the bike.



Similarly, an integrated light guide increases the brightness of the rear light assembly. Completely wheel designs offering considerable weight reduction are available in two versions. The F4 uses razor thin spokes and a silver finish and uses many weight losing techniques like using a special aluminium alloy that is less in weight and thus increases the power to weight ratio of the bike.

The main characteristics of the MV Agusta F4 are the Short-stroke inline 4-cylinder engine that adopts technologies like MVICS (Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System), Ride-By-Wire with four preset engine maps along with adjustable throttle sensitivity, Maximum torque, Engine braking, Engine response, Rev Limiter, according to the needs of the rider in various conditions( Normal, Sport or Rain).To make this ultimate sports bike safe and sound, 8-level traction control is used. A Modular compound-structure frame with TIG hand-welded tubular steel trellis and aluminium plates are used for the frame of this sports bike.



The F4 comes with a 998.00 cc Four cylinder, 4 strokes, 16 valve engine. The engine produces a maximum power of 195 hp at 13400 rpm and a maximum torque of 110.8 Nm at 9600 r.p.m. The engine underwent many engineering sophistication to pulp out maximum torque and power without any roadblocks. MV Augusta has re-engineered the engine new F4 to make it very real performer on tracks.



The suspension duties of this ultimate sports bike is done with Marzocchi “UPSIDE - DOWN” telescopic hydraulic fork at the front while the rear suspension is done with Progressive Sachs, single shock absorber with the help of an Aluminium alloy swing arm. The braking system of the F4 is done with a double floating disc with 320 mm (12.6 in.) diameter, with steel braking disc and aluminium flange at the front while the rear brakes are a done with single steel disc with 210 mm dia. The brakes are equipped with Bosch 9 Plus with Race Mode ABS technology. The MV Augusta F4 has an overall weight of 191 kg.
