Kawasaki ER-6n is the naked version of their successful tourer called ER-6f. Launched in 2014, it is one such motorcycle which does not have much fan followers in India. The bike is well suited for urban commuting. This motorcycle is built around double pile perimeter style frame, which is borrowed from the tourer sibling.
The ER-6n is powered by a 649cc, liquid cooled, parallel,4-stroke engine which delivers a maximum power of 72 bhp @ 8500 rpm and a peak torque of 64 Nm @ 7000 rpm. It is mated with a 6-speed constant mesh gearbox for transferring this power to the rear wheels using a chain drive. Stopping force of this depends on 330mm dual petal disc with 2-piston floating calipers at the front and 220mm single petal disc with single piston caliper at the rear.
