Honda CB150R StreetFire

Complete details of CB150R StreetFire Motorcycle

Launched globally in 2012.
Honda CB150R StreetFire is not yet available in India.

Precisely, a naked version of the CBR 150R. Perhaps a crossover of the CB1000R or the CBR 150R. Whatever may be, it is known as the baby CB1000R. These are all about the all new CB150R StreetFire. Born to fire on streets, Honda developed it to be better start-up sport machine choice for any rider who wishes to begin his motorcycling.

Mated with a stunning 149.8cc, 4-Step, DOHC, 4-Valve, Single Cylinder engine, the bike produces lively power of 12.5 kW @ 10000 rpm and enormous torque of 13.1 Nm @ 8000 rpm. Its engine is coupled with a 6 speed gear transmission. Wedded with a hydraulic disc brake, with double piston at front and hydraulic disc brake, with Single Piston at rear add confidence to the rider who likes to pumps through street. The street machines perhaps act like the off-riders since they are moulded out in such way. So better suspension is a must while accessing through hard terrains. Honda has done it again in favour of rider by installing telescopic front suspension and Swing Arm with Suspension Single (Pro-Link Suspension System) at rear.

Nevertheless, the all-together appearance is not that catchy for anyone. At one angle it seems like the CB Unicorn Dazzler and at another to be baby CB1000R. Honda should have equipped a better and a sporty headlamp and a sparking exhaust. These both stuffs look outdated and unimpressive.

As it gets down to the Indian track, it has got not some cheap opponents, but some stronger guys to rival. The StreetFire will be rivalling the Bajaj Pulsar 200NS, which has a huge fan followers, and the Austrian machine KTM Duke 200, which is already a trend-setter in the Indian market.
