The Bike is of AP29 Passing and not MH. However the road tax for Maharasthra is paid and it also has NOC from issuing RTO and Pune RTO both. Since NOC is issues , hence the RC card is submitted and have only paper copy of it, which wont be a problem since I drove using same and only road tax is important for it.
