I have a kinetic which has a regesitration of 1995. Want to sell it in scrap what formalities needed to be completed? should RTO be informed? any particular forms to be filled in? please help. Thanks

You can scrap it but when u scrap it take the chassis and engine which has number.other parts u can sell for scrap. There are rto registered scrap vendors.

Hi,
You can contact a scrap dealer to dispose the bike. But then also, you need to submit the letter from the scrap dealer in the RTO to cancel the registration of the vehicle. We suggest you to contact a RTO agent. They should be able to get RC book and NOC so that you can sell it.

You can sell scrap to companies like Cero and Scrapoto.

Contact them, they will scrap vehicle and provide you all necessary documents.
