How to dispose my scooter

The best option to dispose your vehicle is to find out the nearest junkyard (scrap). They will take all kinds of damaged items. And if your scooter looks somewhat good, you will get good number of currencies in hand. Before you sell it to them, make sure that the ownership of the scooter has been transformed from you to whom you sold out it.

The second option is donation. You can donate it to any charity organizations.

The final option is to gift anybody. You can gift it to your friends, relatives or to anyone. In all three processes, make sure that the ownership has been changed from your name.

If the vehicle is not in working condition and you want to dispose it, then make sure you legally terminate the vehicle before handing it over to scrap dealers or someone else.

Otherwise, the scooter will still be there in official records and you will be responsible for any unwanted incidents involving the scooter. And you will have to pay the road tax also. So make sure you contact the RT officials before disposing old vehicles.

I am also having one scooter. But the problem is that its not registered with RTO. ITS 2003 model. Now its non moving due to this for the past 5-6 years. Now I want to dispose it. Please tell me how ? Thanks in advance
