The Special Edition gets two new matte colour options
The Suzuki has rolled out two new matte colours for their best selling model Access 125. It is categorized under Special Edition (SE) series along with the regular Access 125. The new colour options are available in the disc brake variant of the model. The available two new shades are Matte Fibroin Grey and Metallic Matte Black. Moreover, the Pearl Mirage White is also available in the Special Edition series. It is available at a price tag of Rs 59,063 (ex-showroom New Delhi). The new Access 125 targets the monsoon and upcoming festive seasons of the country.
Apart from the new colours, there are some cosmetic updates as well. The SE version gets maroon seat covers, chrome rear view mirrors and special edition emblem. No mechanical changes are made to this scooter and the only difference happens to be is the new paint job. The new matte paint job has enhanced the sporty feel of the scooter and gives a retro styling. Last year, Suzuki has updated the Access 125 with new styling and features, followed by the BS-IV engine and AHO lamps in April 2017.
However, the Access 125 continues to draw the power from 124cc, single cylinder, 4-stroke engine delivering a maximum power of 8.7 Ps @ 7000 rpm and a peak torque of 10.2 Nm @ 5000 rpm. It gets the same telescopic front suspension and rear swing arms suspension. The Special Edition model gets front disc brakes and tubeless tyres at both the ends.
