Kawasaki Launched Ninja ZX-10RR In India

This Superbike is priced from Rs 21.9 Lakhs (ex-showroom Pune)

The Japanese bike makers has unveiled their latest beast, the new Ninja ZX-10RR in India. This Superbike is considered to be the perfect answer for Honda CBR SP2. Ninja ZX-10RR has been evolved straight from the race tracks. Majority of the big changes starts from the inside of the bike. RR gets DLC coated tappets for reduced friction, modified cylinder head to accept high-lift cams and a reinforced crankcases to deal with the stresses of a race track.



The six-axis IMU of the RR controls the working of traction control, electronic engine brake control, launch control, intelligent ABS and KCMF cornering management system. Moreover, the new RR gets Kawasaki Quick Shifter (KQS) and 7-spoke forged aluminium Marchesini wheels for superior performance. The KQS is also managed by the IMU itself for seamless and clutchless gear downshifts. In order to shred some extra kilos, rear seat and footpeg mounts of RR has neglected.

Ninja ZX-10RR

The new Ninja ZX-10RR will feature 'RR' moniker on the engine side cover and the windscreen will be bearing the KRT Winter Test snowflake logo. The ignition key of the RR too is decorated with 'RR' logo.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR

This 998cc, 4-stroke, 4 cylinder, DOHC, 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine delivers a raw power of 197 bhp @ 13000 rpm and a peak torque of 113.5 Nm @ 11500 rpm. Engine is mated with a 6-speed gearbox for optimum power transmission. The new 2017 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR is priced from Rs 21.9 lakhs (ex-showroom Pune).
