Kawasaki Motors India has finally marked the debut of its flagship series of the Kawasaki Versys 1000 in India. Introducing the all new Kawasaki Versys 1000, in the 1000cc two wheeler, Adventure Tourer bike, into the Indian bike segment was a much awaited thought. Kawasaki had the crucial thought of launching their biggest of its kind adventure sports tourer in India from last year.



The new and upgraded Kawasaki Versys 1000 is equipped with more design and performance elements. A more stylish and stunning front design makes the vehicle more catch for the eye. The stunning yet elegant look of the motorcycle contributes to the overall appearance of the bike out on the road. KYB 43mm inverted front fork with adjustable rebound and preload / 5.9 IN and a rear Horizontal back-link shock with adjustable rebound damping and adjustable spring preload, remote preload adjuster / 5.9 IN suspension system, smooth ride and balance is never a question of doubt.

The front tyre of the Versys 1000 is installed with 120/70×17 and 180/55×17 rear tyre. Braking system of the bike includes a standard option for ABS. Although the bike is equipped with a preloaded ABS system, it also comes with a Dual 310mm petal rotors with four-piston calipers and Single 250mm petal rotor with single-piston caliper front and rear brakes respectively.

The twin-spar aluminium frame of the bike enables pure stability and rigidity for the bike. Engine and other control systems within the bike are protected with a strong blend of aluminum and alloy chassis of the bike. Reduced weight of the bike helps it to gain performance and rave to high speeds during quick gear shifting. The six-speed return transmission system of the bike enhances a swift shifting of gears in a smooth pattern of shifting.

The 12,90,000 price tagged Kawasaki Versys 1000 will be available in a flat ebony with metallic spark black and candy burnt orange with metallic spark black colour options.
