Buy a second hand TVS Scooty pep Plus. Dont buy it from a dealer. Instead, look out for private sellers who have maintained their vehicle well.

Hi, its better to go for Honda Dio or Hero Honda Pleasure. Both the scooters have the same reliable 102 cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, OHC, CDi engine with 7 hp @ 7000 rpm of power and gives mileage of around 48 to 52 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions. But Pleasure has less body weight and is very handy to use and mainly meant for lady's.

The Tvs Scooty models lacks engine reliability and has shorter life span, less power, less comfort in riding and handling and is not worth for money. So first test ride both Honda Dio and Hero Honda Pleasure and take a wise decision.
