Bajaj to Launch Discover 100 ST in December

After the successful introduction of the Discover 125 ST that recently launched in July in the Indian two wheeler markets, Bajaj Auto Limited plans to unveil the all new Discover 100 ST in the same platform of the Discover 125 ST.



The new Discover 100 seems to be introduced with a refined engine by adding more power and torque rather than the existing Discover 100. The existing variant comes with a 94.38 cc single cylinder, 4 stroke, air cooled engine, which is powered by maximum output of 7.7 ps @ 7500 rpm and torque of 7.85 Nm @ 5000 rpm. On behalf of all features and comforts, Bajaj won't surely compromise in case with economy.



As the Discover 100 ST gets launched by the end of 2012, it is expected to be priced around Rs. 50,000, since the company aims commuter bike riders. The bike will have a new shape and design alike the current Discover 125 ST. A Petal Disc brake at front, a pair of 2 5spoke allow wheel and a Nitrox Monoshock suspension alike the Discover 125 ST will be hopefully added to it.
