Believe it or not, that India's second largest motorcycle conglomerate, Bajaj Auto revealed its strategy to unveil the 'Pulsar 375' on road by the second half of 2013. Rajiv Bajaj, Managing Director of Bajaj Auto Limited officially confirmed the news.
"After the huge success witnessed on lately launched, the Pulsar 200NS, Bajaj was realized at good number of stake owned by the Pulsar brand in the Indian two wheeler industry. And Bajaj is very happy to utilize the brand name, Pulsar in rolling out bigger engined models" commented Bajaj.
"At present our R&D team is working hard to figure out a new Pulsar variant. It will be the biggest beast among Pulsars, namely the Pulsar 375" added Bajaj. However, he denied to disclose Pulsar 375's technical specifications.
The Pulsar 375 is expected to come with output of 32PS power and torque of 25Nm. It is supposed to be priced around Rs. 2 lakh, which will be a nightmare for Honda, Kawasaki and Hyosung.
