Royal Enfield all set to recruit youngsters for their new plants

The Chennai based Royal Enfield company who is owned by Eicher has always been in the favourite list of both young and old generation bike lovers. The oldest bike company, which is most sought after company in India, is all set to take a step into the next phase of their growth.

Royal Enfield, for their growth, is building some plants and to make it prosper, they are looking to recruit some young as well as talented blood into their team. This new plant is mainly aimed to reduce the long waiting list after booking to get the bike in hand.



According to a report in The Line, Dr Venki Padmanabhan, Chief Executive Officer was quoted as saying "We want to attract youngsters who are passionate about biking and understand what it is all about. People are coming from all over the country to work in this part of Chennai. The challenge is to get this talent pool to think beyond the big fish and come to us."

The new plant is built in a much more apt place to boost up its business and the new plant is having new modern facilities unlike the old plant. There will also be a lot of focus on the engine, frame, tank and other sheet metal parts, according to the report. So, wait for the much advanced, high performance, rocking Royal Enfield.
