BMW to launch its 'BMW R' bike in India by 2012

The BMW company, to rewrite its success story, it wrote in India with its stunning four wheelers, is now launching two wheelers including BMW K 1300, BMW K1600 etc by the year 2012. The latest addition to this list is stunning BMW R 1200GS.

This bike is designed by BMW with a view of being a comfortable and powerful sports bike and they are confident that they will attract the Indian youths and bike lovers. The BMW R 1200GS proves to be completely fuel efficient showing an efficiency of 16 kmpl.



BMW R 1200GS is equipped with a stunning engine capacity of 1170 cc and it will provide good mileage, great power with better performance to its users. This BMW bike is very impressive and is irresistible in a just a single glance. BMW R is being powered with broad and stylish wheels which looks sporty, aggressive, and will give good stability to the users at high speed.

The front brake of the new BMW R 1200GS comprises of floating brake discs, 305 mm diameter, four-piston fixed calipers while the rear is a Single disc with 265 mm of diameter, double-piston floating caliper. Thus BMW have added almost every new facilities and this aggressive looking, fuel efficient and powerful two wheeler will surely earn some space for BMW in Indian two wheeler market.
