Yamaha reports 6% growth in April

Yamaha, ever since its launch is been a favorite brand for the young stars as the company's bike always have good power and style. They are reporting good profit reports for the past few months continuously.



April is not an exception as their monthly sales reports came. The company reported 6% growth in the sales 2012 April compared to the same month in the previous year. The overall sales recorded were 36,581 units in April 2012 vs. 34,476 units in April 2011, resulting to a growth of 6%.

"We see a lot of potential in the Indian motorcycle market and are continuously making efforts to give the best to our customers. We had entered the financial year on a high note and hope to sustain it throughout the year." said Mr. Hiroyuki Suzuki, CEO & MD, India Yamaha Motor.



He added that "Very recently, we also introduced new variants of the FZ series in order to add freshness to the product and kept in line with our promise to give new to our customers. We are confident that these variants too will be an instant hit among the biking enthusiasts".
