Ducati and AMG parts away after AUDI Takeover

Ducati, the Italian superbike maker was in news ever since it was put for sale a few months ago. It was Audi who won the race to own the company after facing stiff competition from companies all over the world including India.

Now, the company name Ducati is a part of Audi company and this has resulted the splitting of the AMG company from Ducati. AMG is a subsidiary of Mercedes and hence it is obvious that Audi takeover caused this split up.

This is somehow a very awkward timing of things since Diavel AMG, the bike manufactured in collaboration has just hit the showrooms, however, it seems that the bike would sell its already manufactured units before shutting sales.

Let us hope that all these recent developments in the Italian bike manufacturing company will not affect its production and quality in the future.
