Suzuki facing big labour problems

Suzuki is been an impressive presence in the Indian two wheeler scenario ever since their entry in India. They are bettering their sales figures every season and is in the path of good development by producing good, quality products.

Suzuki is now facing some kind of labor unrest. The difference is between the motorcycle division Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMIPL) and the labours, which has come to the limelight. Suzuki Motorcycles has suspended 3 union leaders in its Gurgaon plant for the same reason.



The list of suspended includes Suzuki Motorcycles Employees Union (SMEU) Vice President Praminder Kumar, General Secretary Avinash Kumar and Secretary Gulshan Kumar. These kinds of unrest will surely affect the output of the company.

It is not the first time that these kind of labor unrest has been reported in Gurgaon, a few years back Maruti had a rough time with its labor and we all remember the Honda's infamous labor discontent issues.
