2012 Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS (Naked Sport) launched finally

Here comes that happy and thrilling news for all those Pulsar lovers who were waiting to here this news for the last few months. The all new stylish, powerful Pulsar named 2012 Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS (Naked Sport) is launched.

The bike is said to be powered by SOHC-4 Valve Liquid Cooled, Triple Spark engine producing 23 BHP @9500 rpm and 18.3 Nm Torque @8000 rpm. A 6 speed gearbox takes care of the transmission. The engine will breathe through a carburetor and will have a weight of 145 Kg.



Taking a look at bore and stroke figures, we can say that Bajaj has indeed taken a lot of inspiration from the recently launched KTM Duke 200. The bike will feature an under-body exhaust, just like the one seen on KTM Duke 200. Bajaj claims the mileage of Pulsar 200NS to be 58km @ 55kmph while the bike can attain a maximum land speed of 136kmph.

The price of this bike is expected to be below a lakh rupees and is heard as around Rs.90,000. The Pulsar design character has evolved with the performance & dynamics. It's become stronger, more aggressive with a street fighter stance.
