Until now, nobody has experimented scooters with a CNG kit and now MGL are ready to roll scooters on the Indian roads with their CNG kits. They are succeed in doing so by joining their hands with Eco Fuel venture. Not only that, MGL is maintaining a strong relation with GAIL, BG Group and Govt. of Maharashtra. The company has recently developed CNG kits for scooters. The kit consists of 2 cylinders of 1.2 kgs of gas in each of the cylinder, with a capacity to go 120-130 kms on full tank. According to MGL, it is extremely cheap and affordable with a cost estimation of Rs 0.60/km.

Currently the CNG kits are manufactured by ITUK and Lovato, which has been approved by ARAI and iCAT in Pune and Gurgaon respectively. For the time being, a list of 18 scooters have been approved for installing CNG kits, and they are; Hero Duet, Hero Maestro, Hero Pleasure, Yamaha Alpha, Ray and Fascino, Suzuki Let's, Access and Swish, TVS Jupiter, Wego and Scooty Zest, Mahindra Duro DZ, Gusto 125 and Gusto, Honda Dio and Activa 125.
MGL has also launched mobile app in Google Play Store to assist the customers in finding nearest CNG filling hubs in the city. They are planning to introduce their CNG kits to more cities in India, which will widens their area of activity.
