TVS to Tie up with BMW this Year

Alas! Here comes a great news for all motorcycle maniacs. If the words of Mr. HS Goindi, the President of TVS Motors Co, are true; TVS and BMW will have a collaboration before the end up of 2012.



Mr. Goindi was addressing media while launching company's much awaited 125 cc premium motorcycle, the Phoenix 125.



"We are in continuous chats with the German automobile conglomerate, BMW Motorrad. BMW is not only known for its premium cars but also for its superbikes. A tie-up with such a consortium will only help our company as well as Indian two wheeler segment. We hope that the agreement will be signed by the end of this fiscal year" said Mr. Goindi.

Nevertheless, Mr. Goindi denied to express regarding the secret behind the tie-up. Leaks say that the collaboration of BMW is to assist TVS to build up high-end superbikes providing their secret measures. Meanwhile, TVS will be helping BMW to expand their sales by sharing TVS's showrooms across the country.
