The 2024 model year brings subtle but noteworthy changes to the NT1100. While the mechanical aspects remain unchanged, Honda has introduced two new colors: "Matt Jeans Blue Metallic" and "Candy Chromosphere Red." Additionally, the existing "Matt Iridium Gray Metallic" color now features a "Matt Ballistic Black Metallic" rear carrier. This rear carrier color is also present in the two new color options.
The NT1100 continues to be powered by a 1,084cc parallel twin-cylinder engine that produces 100bhp and 77lb ft of torque. It shares its steel semi-double cradle frame and aluminum subframe with the Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin. The bike's suspension is managed by Showa, featuring 43mm front forks and a single-tube pressurized rear shock, both offering 150mm of wheel travel.
The motorcycle comes equipped with a range of electronic features like Throttle By Wire (TBW), Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), and wheelie control. These features can be managed through three preset riding modes: Urban, Rain, and Tour, along with two user-tunable modes. For those who prefer automatic transmission, Honda’s dual-clutch system is available as an option.
The NT1100 also offers touring-specific features such as aerodynamic bodywork, a height-adjustable screen, panniers with a total capacity of 65 liters, heated grips, and cruise control. Connectivity options include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth through a 6.5-inch TFT display.
According to Honda's official website, the NT1100 is designed to be agile for city demands while also serving as a capable tourer. It offers a comfortable GT design for two and the option of a six-speed Dual Clutch Transmission. With Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, riders have more choices for connectivity on the go.
