I'm contact from my registered mobile to annanagar revolt showroom number 7550001268 3times on 2/2/2022 between 12pm to 12.30pm they did'nt attend the call, I'm already booked R400Red it's given deliver on Jan/Feb 2022. I did'nt understand why they con'nt attend the custemer calls.

Have been calling for getting an update regarding the delivery date what I can expect, as the timeline given to me was between Jan-Feb at the time of booking. Until now, near 40 calls have been made in the last 10 days, and have never got the luck of someone answering the call. WORST Customer Service.

Very worst response from Revolt chennai - Annanagar branch. I have tried almost 6 times since last 3 days. Not a single time phone has been picked, no call back yet. Need to rethink whether to buy Revolt or not. You may be a king now, but if you discourage customer calls, you may need to shut down your office near soon.
