MOTOBRAND AUTOMOBILES : Kottayam, Kerala

I had a very unsatisfactory and bad customer service experience with Motobrand Showroom, Kottayam. I booked for a Aprilia SR 160 black on _______ in a ready payment basis with an assurance of delivery of the same within 3 days. But not only the showroom had failed in delivering the same within 3 days but rather it took 15 days to provide me the scooter. Again the showroom had called me up after 15 days and mentioned that I have to give the scooter back as I didn't get the RC number for my vehicle again which was not mentioned while delivering the scooter. Someone from the showroom came to Kochi and collected my scooter back and promised the drop back of scooter to Kochi once everything is fixed. After 20 days I received a call from showroom mentioning that my scooter is ready for delivery and everything related to number plate is being fixed. I asked for deliver the same in Kochi as it was promised by the employee, but they denied the same and I directly went to showroom to collect my scooter. Once I reached the showroom they were telling me the vehicle is not yet ready. Also as a customer I was treated very badly by the employees over there.And also the vehicle service is also not done and they asked me to come another day for doing the same which is not that easy for me to go all the time as
I came over from Kochi just for this. Mr.Bipin, salesman of the showroom has given me all this fake promises and wasted my valid time. I was been trying to contact him all the time through phone and I was very much disappointed on his responses and manytimes he was not even ready to my calls. I asked him for the Zonal Manager Mr.Vinayak's number to inform the same but he was neither ready to share nor ready to find a solution for me. I informed that I will raise a complaint against him as well as showroom and he very much was ready to face the consequences. So as a customer I would like to raise a complaint against the employee as well as showroom for the fake promises they have given and also for wasting my valuable time.
