Kinetic launched Aquila as India's most expensive motorcycle in 2003. The bikes was tagged a whooping price figure of Rs.1.45 lakh. The Aquila was made available in a collaboration with the South Korean motorcycle manufacturer, Hyosung who are behind the production of the Aquila. The bike was rolled out with a 249cc, Twin cylinder, 4-stroke Liquid cooled engine, DOHC, CDI engine. It was enable to deliver a max speed of 27 bhp @ 7500 rpm and max torque of 2.9 kgm @ 5500 rpm. Its engine was coupled with a 5- speed, constant mesh gearbox. The company had to discontinue the Aquila as it couldn't grab the sale as expected.
