Don't know much about engine oils. But, why don't you just follow what the company says. Acheiver is not a superbike. So just use the normal oil which Hero Honda recommends.

20w 40 is a thicker oil when compared to the original 10w 30 oil. So 10w 30 oil is going to flow better than 20w40 oil when you initially start it and also run it. If the oil flows better the better the oil will lubricate and protect engine parts. This will increase your engine life and help you gain a little bit of extra fuel economy from the Engine. So stick to what your manufacturer recommends. You can change between brand if you want, but stick to the grade recommended by the manufacturer.
