Regarding hypothecation cancellation and transfer of ownership

Dear sir

I have purchased one bajaj pulsar-2006 model, now i want to register the same in my address , what is the procedure to transfer the owner ship , Hypothecation is not closed in the RC book , I have the Termination letter.

please advise me

You need the RC book and sale letter to transfer the ownership.

Easiest way is to go to a RTO agent with all papers and change the ownership.

I TOO STUCK WITH SIMILAR PROBLEM....
I HAVE BOUGHT THUNDERBIRD BIKE A YEAR AGO, hypothication is not closed on RC. i have form 28 29 30 signed by 1st owner, and form 35 from GE MONEY and NOC(valid for 90 days) now expired. I reside under same RTA. I cant fetch the 1st owner now.
Am I able to transfer it onto my name with above docs...?
somebody please help me..!
