I have Bajaj Avenger Street 220, The problem is in bike, it's start on

I have Bajaj Avenger Street 220, The problem is in bike, it's start on choke and if we try to start on regular or without choke it's doesn't start. And tried all options like. Change or carbeurator, petrol change, checked wiring, changed the Valve. Still it doesn't solved the problem..what should I do now
