I have yamaha fz v1 (2010) recently i changed piston after which, when i start the bike and rev it to high RPM it gives black smoke on low RPM everything is perfect...and after running for 8- 10 km it shuts down and take long selfs to start.
Due to long period of usage the air fuel mixture nut was jammed... I took it to lathe shop he drilled out the mixture nut and the choke piston.
