2nd Hand Two Wheelers - Virtual Showroom

I have Sold my car, Maruti 800, KL-01-E-9550, 1989 model , red color to this vargheese , running 2 wheeler second hand business at irumpanam long back, he paid me 28000/-. He collected my signed sale letter, he gives me a non valid vehicle transfer agreement, it is still with me, with this he collected all documents including Orginal RC book, after some days my car was not with him, I enquired, he said the car he sold to another person, he will change the car to his name. I waited for many years, by that time am going through very tough times, I have enquired with vargheese, he said no problem, now after long years, still that old car is in my name, for avoiding revenue recovery, I have paid RS 3686/- to SRTO Tripunithura on 08/10/2020 after taking loan from LIC policy, money also more spend to buy stamp paper, making affidavit etc. He is a lier, with this covid 19 time , with out any proper job I feel very sad to find out this money, I don't think vargheese will give any compensation, I am going to ask any police officer who knows me what I can do, I have recipt from SRTO Tripunithura, for the payment of RS 3686/- RS paid as tax.
