It has only been driven by myself and it is in excellent condition. My bike has RC smart card and also it's equipped with insurance and you need not worry about tax as I have already paid it. So regarding the documents, you won't find any difficulty as no fines are due. It has some minor scratches except that it's a very good bike. I mainly purchased it to commute from home to college, it also comes with helmet lock on the left side.
