TVS Motor Company registered total sales of 175,535 units in November this year compared to 157,041 units in November of the previous year, that means a notable growth of 12 percent in its sales. They showed a notable improvement in their 'April to November' sales too, compared to same period in 2010.
Even though we expect some moderation in the growth of two wheelers over the next three to six months as a result of lower overall economic growth, high inflation, increased fuel prices and interest rates, TVS Motor company is confident of achieving the annual growth target of 15 percent.
Scooter sales increased by 22 percent with sales of 44,301 units compared to 36,233 units recorded in November 2010. Domestic two wheeler sales of the company reported a growth of 8 percent with sales of 150,406 units in November 2011 against 139,541 units reported in November 2010.
53 percent growth was reported in the exports of the company. The three wheeler sales also reported a massive improvement. In the period from April 2011 to November 2011, company reported a growth of 21% in the three wheeler sales.
