Kawasaki India Teases New 4-Cylinder Motorcycle for September 11 Launch: Is Ninja ZX-4R the Next Big Thing?

Kawasaki India has set the motorcycle community abuzz with a cryptic teaser hinting at a new 4-cylinder bike. The teaser, which showcases a 4-cylinder engine layout and includes the hashtag #Ninjalife, has led to widespread speculation. The only concrete detail is the launch date: September 11, 2023.





While Kawasaki has been tight-lipped about the specifics, the teaser has fueled rumors that the Ninja ZX-4R could be the next big release. The outline of a faired bike in the teaser has only added to the speculation. With the Ninja ZX-10R already available in India, could the ZX-4R be the next in line?

Although official details are scant, if it is indeed the ZX-4R, we might expect features like a 399 cc in-line 4-cylinder engine. The bike could potentially offer 80 bhp at a high 14,500 RPM and 39 Nm of torque at 13,000 RPM. But for now, these remain educated guesses.
