I had brought and e Pluto 7G on 12.05.2022
At Sri Enterprise Kundrathur Chennai 600128

On 2.08.2022 suddenly while I am driving the vehicle at middle of the road vehicle stoped .
Then i contacted Sri enterprise the told sent the vehicle in towing service.
Then after one week they call me the is battery issue the battery has to send hyderabad head office.
After a 10 they gave me a rotational battery only 60 Km travelling capacity. I had struggled lot duet to This low range battery
After I have call to your Costomer car more then 60 day then only they send me back the battery

With I a 3 day the same problem while the battery reached 50 % it’s automatically vehicle tuned off again in stock at middle of the road again in send my vehicle to the service place

Then had told ageing the battery issue have to send Hyderabad head office for service

More then 40 day my vehicle at service cent
Due to they don’t have rotational battery’s
That time also in had contact many time to Costomer car the didn’t respond properly after severe time I had forced the Costomer care they had connected me to battery department head he promised me this time we will rectified the issue again you not get this problem.

Now the same repeated

After a long follow up with you team member

I got my battery on 5.4.2023

Today morning @ 8 am reading the vehicle in highway suddenly vehicle stopped at 50% battery i had suddenly shock it happened when I am over taking a big truck oh my god it’s my good time

On the time I had Contact your Costomer car and also service Center.
They had simply tell Send the vehicle in towing service

If I got accident on the time who will be tack care of my family

Your people don’t give Valu to other people life

I had spent my harden money we buy the vehicle

In the 11 months my vehicle leaved at service Center more the 3 months

For the 3 months also i had Pay the EMI with you using that

Please get back I don’t want this type of problem give vehicle

Please don’t play with middle class people life

please improve your service team knowledge
