Very bad response from komaki company, I paid online 799 for booking amount but even after 5 days there is no response. when we call they are not attending the call. When sending message through whats app they are not reponding for that. My friend purchased this vehicle he is also not getting proper support for spare replaement

It is totally waste of money

I bought Komaki X1 from Bengal E-scooter (dealer of Komaki in Kolkata) . The brand is a complete fraud. They claims in their brochure that the mileage for Lithium battery Komaki X1 is 75 km per charge whereas the actual mileage is not even 35 km per charge. The product when sold to me from showroom was completely defective. I made them change the battery but even now the mileage is just 35 and is a complete wastage of money. I will file a damage suit and will take legal actions against Komaki and its dealer.
