Hero Honda CD Dawn was one of the most affordable bikes HHML had ever introduced. The CD Dawn was unveiled in 2003 aiming the mass commuter class. The bike was just the succeeder of the CD 100 SS. What makes the CD Dawn different from the CD 100 SS is the design. The CD Dawn had a better look and body graphics compared to its predecessor. The CD Dawn was mated with a 97.2cc, Air cooled, 4 - stroke single cylinder OHC engine. The bike was capable to produce peak power of 7.8 PS @ 7500 rpm and peak torque of 8.04 Nm@ 4500 rpm. It's mated with a 4 speed transmission.
