Ducati SuperSport S

Ducati SuperSport S is the highly upgraded version of the SuperSport. This is a very versatile sports bike that can be used for long rides, sort rides ad daily commutes very easily. The dynamic shapes, visually compact and light weightiness is the main advantage of the SuperSport S. The sporty elegant integrates the elements single-sided swingarm, sculpted tank and compact lateral silencer with two overlapping exits, which leaves the rear wheel, with its “Y” spoke design, fully visible.



The Ducati SuperSport S comes with a 937 cc Testastretta 11°, L-Twin cylinder, 4 valves per cylinder, Desmodromic, liquid cooled engine that has that has the power to produce a maximum power of 110 HP at 9000 rpm and maximum torque of 9.5 kgm at 6500 rpm. Ducati has engineered the engine to deliver 80% of torque at 3000 rpm. This sudden torque will help the rider to have a very powerful ride. The engine uses Electronic fuel injection system, Æ 53 mm throttle bodies with full Ride-by-Wire technology.



The Instrument panel of the SuperSport S is very informative and at the same time intimidating. The cockpit has an LVD Display that turns the LCD display into a control panel to set and checks engine info, setting and more like the first-class technological equipment that includes ABS, Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Quick Shift up/down and Riding Modes - Sports, Touring, and Urban. The instrument cluster is very beautiful to see and Ducati has made it very readable for the rider.



The SuperSport is enriched with many electronics package that is aimed to make the rider safe at all times. The Ducati Safety Pack (DSP), which includes Bosch 9MP ABS and Ducati Traction Control, are integrated and enhances the bike’s performance and optimises control even on surfaces that offer less grip.



The frame of the SuperSport S comes with a Tubular steel Trellis frame attached to the cylinder head. The suspension setup of the bike is done with Fully adjustable 48mm (1.9 in) upside down Ohlins forks at the front, while the rear suspension comes with Progressive linkage with fully adjustable Ohlins monoshock with Aluminium single-sided swingarm. The braking of the SuperSpot is done with 320 mm dual semi-floating discs, radially mounted Monobloc Brembo M4-32 callipers, 4-piston, radial at the front while the rear braking system comes with 245 mm disc, 2-piston caliper with ABS as standard. The overall weight of this sports bike comes at 210 kg.
