Yamaha Gladiator ss 125 OR honda Twister

Hey guys,
i am planning to buy second hand bike.
i have two choices-
1.yamaha gladiator:-
=single handed used.
=well maintained
=sep 2008 model
=giving mileage of 55 - 60 kmpl.
=its 30000 Kms ran...
=seller is quoting for 20000 Rs.

2.Honda twister:
=single handed used.
=well maintained
=Jun 2010 model
=giving mileage of 65 - 70 kmpl.
=its 13000 Kms ran...
=seller is quoting for 40000 Rs.

please tell me exact resale value of both bikes.

i want decent mileage of min 50-55 kmpl keeping petrol price hike in mind.
And please suggest me which bike would be great deal.
i love gladiator but afraid of buying this because of thinking that its already 30K kms

ran so will cost more for maintainence and may be mileage will drop with the rise in Kms?

and i read reviews of twister on mouthshut and saw that ppl are not satisfied with this bike.

Please suggest...waiting for your valuable suggestions....

Two bikes are of two different categories. In Twister, you can't have the ride quality that Gladiator gives.
For Rs.20,000 Gladiator is good deal. But a run of 30,000km will surely be a prob for you. Need not to worry Yamaha is a world class brand. So maintenance will be lesser especially in low cost bikes and so Gladiator.
If you consider mileage, you must go for Twister. But the asking price Rs.40,00 is too much.
Yamaha-Gladiator-125cc-5speed-30000km-55-60kmpl-Rs.20000
Honda-Twister-110cc-4speed-1300km-65-70kmpl-Rs.40000

So its better to decide yourself with the money you have.

still confused and only one thing holding me back is its already 30k kms ran so havind little worry....second thing its mileage...if it gives 55 kmpl or not?third thing its resale value i mean if after 2-3 yrs if i want to sell it i doubt that i will not get any buyer at all :-(.
my heart says glady but my mind says another fuel efficient bike like twister....but for twister also i think mileage will not be great...just 5-10 kms extra that too if i will drive below 45 kmph...and i dont want to compromise my riding fun :-(
confused:-(:-(:-(
