Hi I am planning to buy shine/Passion/Splendor which gives mileage around 55 to 60. My budget is max 35000.can you please advice me ?

Go for the reliable Hero Honda Splendor Plus or Hero Honda Passion Pro. Both the bike models have reliable 97.2 cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, OHC, Digital CDi engine with 7.8 hp @ 8000 rpm of power and has 7.95 Nm @ 5000 rpm of torque and gives mileage of around 65 to 72 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions.

If you need a reliable, simple, low maintanence bike with good fuel efficiency, look for a Splendor + 2005 or more. If you want to get a more solid bike of Splendor look for 1999/2000, but they would have done approx 75000+ kms by now minimum. So think of that.
Splendor + gives mileage of about 62-65 kmpl in City and around 72 kmpl in Highway when you ride most of the time in 4th gear. I do not accelerate or retard suddenly. I go gradual do 40 - 50 kmph and 55 max on highways. Good bike. You can always rely Honda but for the fact that not all Honda Service Centres are good in servicing these bikes..
