Hi, its better to go for the stylish reliable Yamaha FZ-S. The bike has reliable 153 cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, SOHC engine with 14 hp @ 7500 rpm of power and has 13.6 Nm @ 6000 rpm of torque and gives mileage of around 38 to 48 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions and has very good comfort in riding and handling.
Where as Bajaj Pulsar 180 DTS-i has 178.6 cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, DTS-i engine with 17.02 hp @ 8500 rpm of power and has 14.22 Nm @ 6500 rpm of torque and gives mileage of around 40 to 48 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions, but lacks engine reliability and has shorter life span and is not a consistent performance bike and has very less resale value. So first test ride both the bikes and take a wise decision.
