Hi, its better to go for the stylish reliable Hero Honda Cbz Xtreme. The bike has reliable 149.2 cc, Air cooled, 4–stroke, single cylinder, OHC, AMi engine with 14.4 hp @ 8500 rpm of power and has 12.8 Nm @ 6500 rpm of torque. The Cbz Xtreme gives mileage of around 45 to 56 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions and has good comfort in riding and handling.
If you want a good performance bike then go for Tvs Apache 160 RTR. The bike has 159.7cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, 2-valves, IDi engine with 15.8 hp @ 8500 rpm of power and has 13.1 Nm @ 6000 rpm of torque. The Apache 160 RTR gives mileage of around 42 to 50 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions and has top speed of 120 kmph and has good comfort in riding and handling.
Bajaj and Tvs bikes have style, power and mileage, but lacks engine reliability and has shorter life span and are not consistent performance bikes and has very less resale value.

If u want a real sports bike go for CBR150R or CBR250R. CBZ Xtreme/Apache are out-dated in every class compared to either of above bikes.
