Hi, without any doubt go for the Tvs Apache 160 RTR Hyper Edge or Tvs Apache 160 RTR-Fi. Both the bikes have 159.7cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, 2-valves engine with 15.8 hp @ 8500 rpm of power and has 13.1 Nm @ 6000 rpm of torque and has 5- speed gear box and top speed of 120 kmph. The main difference between the models are Apache 160 RTR-Fi has fuel injected (Fi)engine system for more milege and gives mileage of around 45 to 55 kmpl and costs 76,500 rs on road Mumbai, where as Apache 160 RTR Hyper Edge gives mileage of around 42 to 50 kmpl, both depending upon the riding style and conditions and costs 71,000 rs on road Mumbai. Bajaj Pulsar lacks engine reliability and has shorter life span and is not a consistent performance bike. So at any cost go for Tvs Apache 160.

Both will give you approximately the same mileage if ridden in the same style under same traffic conditions.
