I am planning to buy to buy a bike. I am confused between Dominor 400

I am planning to buy to buy a bike. I am confused between Dominor 400 and KTM 250 Adventrue ( 390 adventrue is out of budget). My mostly ride would be in city and few on highways. I need your advise to know that if I go for KTM 250 adventure would it be value for money and better than Dominor 400?
