My bike is not starting it is not used for about 1 year and the carbur

My bike is not starting it is not used for about 1 year and the carburettor has a compliant so I replaced it and the bike is not starting I checked the spark plug also it is working but their is small spark coming out and I don't know what the problem I thinking only small spark need in engine . The bike model is Bajaj boxer 2003 model
