I am using my friend's bike, who is from UP. As I don't have any permanent adress of UP, I am not able to do RC transfer. I have original RC and one sell letter declaration with me. Bike's pollution certificate and insurance also updated. Now, due to COVID my friend expired. I want to move some different state and want to sell the bike. Please tell me what will be the procedure?
