Both have different capacity engines and so cannot be compared. Passion pro is 100cc while P150 is 150cc. If you are a family man then go for Passion Pro. if you are a young guy whose father is paying for his fuel bills, go for the Pulsar.

Hi, both bikes are in different segments. Bajaj Pulsar 150 has 149.0 cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, DTS-i engine with 15.06 hp @ 9000 rpm of power with 5-speed gear box. The Pulsar 150 has mileage of around 48 to 58 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions.
Hero Honda Passion Pro has 97.2 cc, Air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, OHC, Digital CDi engine with 7.8 hp @ 7500 rpm of power with 4-speed gear box. The Passion Pro has mileage of around 65 to 70 kmpl depending upon the riding style and conditions.
Bajaj Pulsar lacks engine reliability and has shorter life span and is not a consistent performance bike. Where as Passion Pro has reliable engine and is a consistent performance bike with good mileage and decent power and has high resale value, but is an out dated bike with low power and pick up and has less comfort while riding and handling.

So in my personal opinion its better to go for 125 cc bike like Honda shine with reliable engine, power, decent mileage and has more comfort in riding and handling which is an ideal bike for an average person and family. So better think about it and take a wise decision.
