I have CBZ extreme bike of Odisha number and want to sell in karnatakka. I have got the NOC from my native RTO (Odisha) but since the registration price is very high in bangalore, i haven't re-registered in Karnataka RTO.
Plz suggest how to sell it here?

If you have a valid NOC, you can sell the bike to another person in Bangalore. And make sure he re-registers the bike in Bangalore and the Ownership is transferred to his name.
The NOC is also expired because i got it from my native 3 years back.
You need to have a valid NOC to sell the bike in another state. You can contact any RTO agent and they should be able to help you.
