Having a problem with My KTM Duke 200 front Disk which is when I apply

Having a problem with My KTM Duke 200 front Disk which is when I apply the brakes it gives jerks. Have changed the disk once because it was bent and now the new disk also is bent. Took the rim to a lathe as well but the magwheel seems to be fine. Can You give a solution as I'm fedup of not finding a fault.
