Hi, I am looking to upgrade from 7 year old Pulsar 150. Looking for a ride that will help me commute to office for about 20kms everyday
through engaging traffic(Bengaluru bro) and occasional weekend tours...
Budget of up to 2 lakhs and I will retain this bike for 5-6 years..
Here are the options I have short-listed. Any advice, review and suggestions will be much appreciated

Not listing the full-faired sports bikes, Dominar and the Apache RTR 200 V4 as I feel they don't connect with me...

Pulsar NS200
Pros - perimeter frame, oil cooled, single channel ABS, power at the top, under belly exhaust
Cons - low torque at the bottom , no major changes in 5 years, pathetic service from Bajaj
Duke 200
Pros - awesome torque through out, lightweight, loaded console, eye catcher even after 5 years of similar design, unmatched acceleration from 0-60 kmpH
Cons - no ABS, seating comfort, leakage at engine head and upside down forks, maintenance costs?, heating issues?
FZ25
Pros - best torque among the listed options, refined engine, good seats, yamaha's reliability, 250 cc at great price
Cons - looks like a beefed up FZ, 250cc air cooled, no ABS, weak LED headlamp
RE Classic 350
Pros - seating comfort, heritage, an experience, best selling RE, METAL
Cons - maneuverability in heavy traffic, no ABS(not even twin discs), vibrations, lots of attention and maintenance required, lack of new tech
