Appearing in the 300cc two wheeler non gear segment of motorcycle, one of the prominent non gear motorcycle company, Vespa, introduces the all new Vespa GTS 300 power scooter. With a similar design and style of that of its older versions of Vespa non gear series, the GTS also share some similar components and structural elements. First look of the non-gear motorcycle reminds us about the phenomenal design of the older version of the Vespas. Marking its debut in the 300cc non gear segment, the Vespa is one among the rarely launched power scooters which has not compromised in detailing, design and styling of the same. A 278cc Single Cylinder, Catalysed, 4-stroke, 4-valve, Quasar engine is installed as the heart and soul of the all new GTS with a massive capacity to produce a total power of 15.8 KW at 7500 RPM (21.1 HP) and an overall net torque of 22.3 NM at 5250 RPM (16.4 FT) respectively. Though the furl tank of the vehicle has only a total volume of 9.3 litres the total consumption of fuel for such a vehicle is minimized. The optimized fuel consumption thus retains an overall fuel efficiency of 29.96 kmpl. Suspension system of the scooter is assisted with a front and rear Single Arm Dual Chamber Hydraulic Shock Absorber and Two Dual Effect Shock Absorber With Adjustable Preload respectively. Braking system is installed with a front and rear 220mm Disc Brake callipers with an Anti-lock Braking System in both wheels. The Automatic Twist and Go transmission system of the non gear motorcycle raves the massive engine of the vehicle to gain an overall top speed of 130 kmph easily.
